In this role as Vendor Support Manager, you will be working with a dynamic and international team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following :
- Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace in Germany
- Support vendors on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system
- Driving results in a cross-functional environment
- Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
- Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations
- Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes.
You've got
Fluent / Native level communication skills in German and English (essential).Team spirit and strong service & problem-solving mindset.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.Tech-savvy, interested in learning more.Strong and proven relationship management skills.Any additional European languages would be beneficial.We've got
