Our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division in Ratingen is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager (m / f / d) .

Your tasks :

Identification and development of new business opportunities, management of existing accounts, and building up long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe
Promotion and sales of our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
Technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
Continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies
Monthly sales reporting to the management and MELCO

Your profile :

Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors

Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and / or energy solutions would be considered a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
