As of now we are looking for our headquarter in Bremen for a Global Business Development Manager (m / f / d) - Industrial Microbiology

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations validation processes and global account management combined with a proven track record in sales training and strategic leadership. The individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the non-clinical microbiology sector developing market strategies and fostering relationships with clients R&D teams and senior management. Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Development : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients industry experts and regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Growth & Sales : Lead business development efforts identify new market opportunities build new campaigns with geo-center managers or regional managers and execute strategies to expand our global reach.
  • Collaboration & Innovation : Work closely with R&D and executive management to align business objectives with technological advancements.
  • Motivational Business Development : Foster a culture of excellence encouraging innovation teamwork and high performance within the organization.
  • Sales Training & Support of Marketing : Support training programs for sales teams and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities. Support marketing by creating new publications.
  • International visits of Conferences Trade Shows and Key Customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in microbiology or Biotechnology on top basic Business qualification or an additional degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in food and pharma microbiology ISO and GMP compliance.
  • Experience in service and instrument sales.
  • Proven project management skills with a track record in business development sales strategy and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across different teams and international markets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends develop competitive strategies and drive revenue
