Lisbon Portugal Full-Time On-site
We are seeking motivated and solution-driven Customer Service Specialists with German at C2 level and English at B2 level to join a dynamic e-commerce customer support team based in Lisbon.
This role requires working on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts providing excellent service to German-speaking customers in the fast-paced e-commerce sector.
Working Hours : Monday to Sunday
07 : 0023 : 00 (rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
Possible future transition to 24 / 7 shifts (to be confirmed)
Benefits :

What Youll Do :
Provide high-quality customer support in German via phone chat and email
Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Requirements : German at C2 level
English at B2 level
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
