We are looking for committed employees to ensure the offshore operation of our wind turbines in the Nordseecluster Offshore Wind farm, consisting of 104 V236 wind turbines with 15 MW each and a resulting total capacity of over 1.5 GW.
You will work in a key role of our Service team. Temporarily travel to other Offshore wind farms within Vestas for training, education and sharing experience is a vital part of the offered position.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Nordseecluster Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) the Shift Leader is managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14 / 14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.
