Position Title : Role Summary
The Quality Assurance Student will support the UT Quality Team in enhancing data visibility, driving root cause investigations to support the Quality assurance pillar. You’ll gain hands-on experience in quality management within an ISO 9001 : 2015-certified global environment, while applying your technical skills to real-world challenges.
As the Incoming Lead Quality Management Specialist, you will be responsible and accountable for :
- Supporting root cause investigations and problem-solving activities by ensuring transparent, accurate, and accessible data on all escapes.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to enable clustering data from multiple sources to uncover patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Building apps to support process adherence and improving quality records and audit trails.
- Collaborating with the Quality team to prepare and conduct internal and external audits.
- Supporting error analysis, stop work processes, and Customer Issue Resolutions (CIR).
- Supporting QEs and functions to maintain and improve procedures and documentations.
- Supporting rebranding and digitalisation initiatives within the Quality department.

Enrolment in a university programme (preferably IT, software engineering, or related field).Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).Familiarity with database management and data modelling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Written and verbal communication skills in German and English.Ability to work on-site at the Huerth location.Collaborative mindset and willingness to engage with cross-functional teams.Interest in quality management and continuous improvement.
