PTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our Retail Customer Success team where you will have the opportunity to support customers implement FlexPLM and grow their functional footprint.

As a member of the PTC Retail Customer Success team, you will have substantial opportunity to grow and advance your career along consulting, technical, management, or related paths through cross-functional exposure to multiple teams.

Day-To-Day :

• Define, align and document client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps)
• Support new business opportunities and project growth within the current project by selling incremental value or defining and developing the next step of client roadmaps
• Work closely with Sales and Services Business Development to craft comprehensive account plans and strategies
• Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy PTC’s technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products
• Leads the consulting team in planning, analysis, development and testing of the applications to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Investigates the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficiencies that could be improved.
• Leads the analysis and documentation of customer requirements and contributes to the design and delivery of the Solution(s).
• Supports the development of written specifications (e.g. Functional Design Documents, System Description Documents and Use Case Documents) to capture business process requirements for PTC solutions. Own the financials of the program including cost, revenue, and margin
• Manage the customer account as well as the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or multiple or large-scale projects
• Assigns tasks to project members and reviews the team’s work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent.
• Maps customer processes to the technology through a solid understanding of both PTC’s software capabilities and the designed usage of the software.
• Provides ongoing project status to internal and customer cross functional stakeholders
