You will administer and manage HR operations processes including employee lifecycle management and employee support. Additionally, you develop and refine HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance
You independently support and advise managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
You are responsible for recruitment as well as onboarding and manage employment contracts, process warnings and terminations
You carry out the preliminary payroll accounting, including special payments and salary increases
You ensure compliance with labor law regulations and conduct personnel controlling in the form of statistics in collaboration with management
You ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations and prepare and submit required reports and filings to relevant authorities / departments
Your profile
Successfully completed studies with a focus on business, alternatively a commercial training with corresponding professional experience (e.g. personnel clerk)
Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment
Very good knowledge in personnel and labor law areas
Good knowledge in the field of wage tax and social security
Proactive work style and hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
