Description
We are looking for a full-time Supply Chain Excellence Manager DACH (m / f / d) in Munich at the earliest possible date. This position is reporting to and working closely with the Supply Chain Director DACH.
Your role :
- Continuous Improvement of our Customer Supply Chain processes, with a clear focus on Order-to-Cash, Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Go-to-Market and Retailer collaboration
- Digitalization and Automation : Leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency and provide better tools for decision making
- Transportation and Logistics : Optimize the setup of our network to improve Service quality, Speed and Reliability
- Customer collaboration : Identify customer needs and trends and develop Win-Win Strategies, to be rolled out with major Retail Partners
- Performance Management : Build a Supply Chain KPI dashboard and Customer collaboration scorecards. Ensure monthly root-cause analysis and communication
- People management : Lead a cross-country Supply Chain Backoffice Team in the area of Transportation and Reverse Logistics
- People development : Organize and conduct trainings for our Supply chain team members to develop their knowledge and skills
