Zweck :

Die / der Service Delivery Associate spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Umsetzung von Kundenlösungen vor Ort, einschließlich Poststellenservices, Druck- und Dokumentenoperationen sowie administrativen Unterstützungsaufgaben, um Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.

Hauptaufgaben :

• Bedienung von Büro- und Produktionsgeräten (z. B. Drucker, Scanner, Kuvertiermaschinen, Faxgeräte) und Sicherstellung optimaler Leistung.
• Durchführung von Postbearbeitungsaufgaben wie Sortieren, Scannen, Verteilen und Paketverfolgung.
• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentenvorbereitung, dem Druck und der Endverarbeitung (z. B. Heften, Binden, Laminieren).
• Pflege genauer Protokolle und Dokumentationen für Abrechnung, Zählerstände und Produktionsaufträge.
• Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und sofortige Eskalation von Problemen.
• Überwachung des Vorratsbestands und Nachfüllung bei Bedarf.
• Hervorragender Kundenservice und täglicher Ansprechpartner für Kundeninteraktionen.
• Nutzung von Microsoft Office und internen Systemen zur Erledigung administrativer und Berichtstätigkeiten.
