Your role

As Digital Lead you take responsibility for all digital marketing activities at SYNAOS. You refine and steer our digital strategy lead campaigns to strengthen the brand and generate leads and work closely with other teams to ensure that our content channels and performance measures actively drive both brand awareness and the pipeline.

Youre comfortable getting hands-onwhether its launching a campaign fine-tuning landing pages and social media posts or briefing a freelancer. If that sounds like you lets talk!

This role is part of our marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Your mission

  • Develop and maintain our digital presence including website landing pages paid media and organic social media channels
  • Design execute and optimize digital campaigns along the funnel with a focus on reach traffic and conversions
  • Lead content production for digital channels either directly or via external partners including ads posts landing pages and campaign assets
  • Manage external partners such as freelancers agencies and service providers in content paid social SEO and web projects
  • Collaborate closely with sales product and partner teams to align content and campaigns with commercial goals
  • Own digital KPIs analyze performance and derive optimization recommendations
  • Bring digital expertise to the team drive best practices test new formats and make data-driven decisions

Your profile

  • 46 years of experience in digital marketing ideally in the B2B enterprise SaaS environment or in technology robotics logistics or industrial sectors
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach from concept to execution
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment and managing external service providers
  • Ideally proficient with the following tools :

    • Marketing Automation & CRM : HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Paid Media : LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Web & Content Tools : Webflow or similar CMS Canva / Figma
  • Gen-AI Tools : ChatGPT AI-based image / video generation etc.
  • Negotiation-level German (C1 / C2) and very good English both spoken and written; French or Spanish are a plus (can exceptionally replace German)
