Your responsibilities include :
Cost Modeling & Decision Support
- Build and maintain advanced multi-variable cost models in Google Sheets.
- Analyze cost structures across manufacturing logistics and sourcing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop sourcing comparisons simulations and return-on-investment (ROI) projections to guide procurement and strategic planning.
- Actively monitor commodity markets to predict future material cost changes and support material cost forecasting.
Supply Chain Operations
Support and optimize logistics workflows from supplier delivery through internal distribution and external deployments.Collaborate with manufacturing and project teams to ensure operational transparency traceability and material availability.Support in identifying and implementing logistics improvements related to route planning delivery frequency and cost efficiency.Procurement & Sourcing
Contribute to supplier scouting qualification Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and price negotiations.Draft and refine purchasing strategies that balance cost quality and lead time requirements.Support the development and coordination of the purchasing team including training and process improvements.Bonus Areas

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role ideally in a complex dynamic environmentProven track record in developing managing and refining complex multi-variable cost modelsStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess cost structures and deliver data-driven actionable insightsHands-on experience in performing sourcing comparisons scenario simulations and return-on-investment (ROI) analysesSolid understanding of commodity market trends and material cost forecasting techniquesFamiliarity with logistics processes and foundational knowledge in supply chain optimization strategiesComprehensive expertise in procurement and sourcing both operationally and strategicallyExperience in team mentoring and process enhancement with a focus on continuous improvementFluent in German and English both written and spokenWhy us

We are developing a technology that will enable MRI-based imaging of real-time metabolism in the body with tremendous potential for research and applications in oncology cardiology neurology and more. Our company brings together expertise in physics chemistry engineering and medicine and we are collaborating with scientists and clinicians from top medical and research centers such as Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York MD Anderson in Texas Technical University of Munich Cambridge University in the UK and more.
NVision is developing fast robust and easy-to-use hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our POLARIS product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a research or clinical environment to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand in a fast fully-automated multi-step chemical process. Key steps of the process contain fluidic transport across multiple vessels and chemical mixing and separation processes in fully-reuseable or single-use disposable fluid paths. We develop our commercial products jointly with external design and manufacturing partners and the process development as well as the design and manufacturing of prototypes is done entirely in-house.
