Engineering Manager - Authentication

Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of seven expert Back-end Software Engineers responsible for the Authentication Platform tools.

You will :

Motivate, coach, and manage a cross-country team of expert Back-end Software Engineers

Plan, prioritize, and implement your product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders

Foster the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the team's deliverables

To thrive in a technical environment :

Languages : Typescript, Node.js

Knowledge of authentication systems

Cloud : AWS, Lambda, AWS Serverless

Infrastructure as Code tools : Terraform, Cloudformation

Automation development : Jenkins, CircleCI

Qualifications

You have previous experience managing a team of technical experts

You have significant experience in authentication-related topics
