We are now looking for

Head of Technical Department and R&D (m / f / d)

Mechanical Engineering / Bulk Material Technology

Your main responsibilities :

• Management of the technical department and leading our technical team
• Technical development, R&D and standardization of the conveyor components
• Technical support for sales
• Contact person (m / f / d) for customers regarding technical topics and technology
• Technical design of conveyor belt rollers and drums
• Creation of technical drawings (CAD tools, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360 (3D) )
• Close cooperation with the maintenance team to optimize the workshop machinery
• Creation of technical documentation

Your profile

Degree in engineering, e.g. mechanical engineering and / or comparable technical training e.g. as a state-certified technician, or a similar qualification

Minimum 3-5 years of professional technical experience from production / manufacturing, preferably related to bulk materials handling technology.

Confident user of common CAD tools or similar software

Independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working

Ability to work in a team and high level of initiative

Excellent communication skills in German and English
