Were searching for an innovative Senior Search & AI Growth Manager to lead our next phase of organic growth leveraging both traditional search and AIpowered discovery to drive GuitarTunas web presence to new heights.

As Senior Search & AI Growth Manager youll be at the forefront of digital growthshaping and executing strategies that harness both SEO and the latest advancements in AIdriven search and content discovery. Youll collaborate across product engineering data and content teams to ensure GuitarTuna is discoverable relevant and indispensable for musicians worldwide.

WHAT YOULL DO

Develop and execute a forwardthinking strategy that integrates SEO fundamentals with AIpowered search optimization and content discovery to maximize organic growth
Analyze and optimize site performance using advanced analytics AI tools and user behavior data to identify highimpact opportunities.
Partner with engineering and product teams to implement scalable technical solutions including structured data semantic search and AIdriven content recommendations.
Lead keyword research competitive intelligence and content strategy to capture both traditional search and emerging AIdriven traffic sources.
Drive technical improvements in site architecture mobile experience page speed and discoverability for both search engines and AI platforms.
Design and execute experiments to test new growth levers such as generative AI content voice search and personalized user journeys.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators providing actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay ahead of evolving search algorithms AI discovery trends and digital growth innovations proactively adapting strategies for sustained leadership.

WHO YOU ARE

5 years of experience in SEO search optimization or digital growth with handson expertise in AIdriven platforms and tools.

Proven track record of driving organic growth for largescale consumer web products ideally in music or education.

Deep understanding of technical SEO structured data semantic search and AIpowered content discovery.

Experience with analytics platforms (Google Search Console GA4) AI / ML tools and experimentation frameworks.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear growth strategies.

Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced international environment.

Passion for music digital education or creative technology is a strong plus.
