Design Authority

Role Overview :

As a Design Authority, you will oversee the technical integrity and compliance of HV overhead line designs (110kV to 400kV+), with a strong focus on reviewing, developing, and maintaining engineering documentation and procedures . This role ensures that the work meets national standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the technical authority for HV overhead line designs.
• Review and approve design documentation, drawings, and calculations.
• Write, update, and maintain standards, work procedures, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with German and international standards (e.g., VDE, IEC, ENA).
• Collaborate with engineering, project, HSE, and quality teams.
• Support technical audits, risk assessments, and lessons learned processes.
