About the Role :
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives across commercial buildings, healthcare, education, and public sector infrastructure. You'll work with a portfolio of cutting-edge solutions spanning building management systems (BMS), energy optimisation, fire and security, and connected services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver regional sales targets across the German market
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with end-users, consultants, and system integrators
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to offer tailored solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in the smart building space
About You :
Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales within building automation, HVAC controls, fire / security, or energy managementStrong network in the commercial or industrial building sector in GermanyConfident in consultative selling to senior stakeholders (Facility Managers, Real Estate Directors, Consultants)Fluent in German and EnglishWillingness to travel within the region
