Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with questions related to products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Educate customers about available services and guide them through processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
