About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our utility-scale renewable energy business in Europe. This role is key to identifying project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our growth in a highly competitive market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Possess insight into overseas markets, establish the company's overseas market development direction, market layout, and strategic planning;
  • Combine company's business development needs and market characteristics, lead market strategies for the area, promote implementation and resource allocation, and facilitate project landing;
  • Responsible for customer relationship development and maintenance, explore new customers, achieve market share and sales targets;
  • Establish smooth customer communication channels, lead customer business negotiations and transactions, implement customer payment recovery, establish long-term, good, and stable customer relationships;
  • Formulate annual sales budget, plan scheme, and supervise the implementation of the entire sales process;
  • Organize and conduct market team building based on the company's long-term development needs, manage team goal performance, and support the achievement of sales targets;
  • Complete tasks assigned by leaders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven sales performance is more important than formal education
  • Experience : At least 3 years of successful sales experience in utility-scale renewables (solar, storage, or wind preferred)
  • German : B2 level or higher (must-have for customer engagement)
  • English : B2 level or higher (our internal corporate language)
  • Chinese : A strong plus
  • Additional languages are welcome
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a hybrid / remote environment
  • Willing to travel for meetings and internal team events
