Senior Planner

Elusav are recruiting a Senior Planner for one of Europe's largest Contractors for a Data Centre Construction Project in Munich.

Previous DC experience would be an advantage but not a must, experience working previously on Large Scale Construction projects is essential. Excellent opportunity to be involved in some of Europe's leading Data Center project with a well respected leader in the sector.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional / sectoral).
• Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP.
• Reporting to Planning Department.
• Reporting to Business Unit / Project Management.
• Developing and maintaining schedules for pre-construction / construction / com-missioning.
• Monitoring schedule performance and productivity.
• Auditing progress on site.
• Attending schedule meetings, liaising with client and subcontractors.
• Assisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes.
• Managing, training, coaching, supporting, developing, leading staff, if required.
• Covering Planning Manager responsibilities when required.
• Covering Project Planner responsibilities when required.
