Looking for a tech-savvy junior developer who knows the tools but wants to learn how to apply them in marketing / growth contexts. You'll work directly with an absolute expert in conversion optimization and growth hacking - perfect mentorship opportunity for someone technically skilled but wanting to specialize in marketing tech.

Tasks

  • Create Figma designs from wireframes
  • Build responsive Webflow pages from designs / wireframes
  • Write JavaScript for A / B tests in Growthbook (using AI)
  • Make Shopify theme modifications based on wireframes
  • Set up tracking in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Microsoft Clarity
  • Create new projects in Growthbook
  • Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns
  • Quality assurance testing of test variations, landing pages, and ads
  • Record QA processes with Loom for client documentation

Tech Stack You'll Work With :

  • Webflow (advanced features, CMS, interactions)
  • JavaScript (A / B testing, DOM manipulation, event tracking)
  • Figma (design systems, prototyping)
  • Shopify / Liquid templates
  • Analytics : Google Analytics, BigQuery, Microsoft Clarity, GTM
  • Growthbook (A / B testing platform)
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Asana (task management)
  • Loom (QA documentation and client reporting)
