Our aim as Mercedes-Benz is to create a sales ecosystem for all Mercedes-Benz customers in order to boost car sales with personalized offers. To be successful in the future, we need to leverage the power of our data.

The Data-Driven Sales Team at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG in Stuttgart was founded in 2022. Being part of the Sales & Marketing area, we are pioneers in the development and implementation of large-scale data-driven solutions that have a measurable impact on car sales globally. You want to become a member of an energetic, international team?

You like to work in a dynamic environment and see concrete results of your contribution every day? Then you might be the perfect fit to join us!

Your responsibility will be :

• You will assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights
• You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize data usage and improve decision-making processes
• You will participate in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• You will perform ad-hoc data analysis, business tasks to support various use cases and business initiatives
• Moreover, you will present findings and recommendations to product owners and stakeholders

As a working student, you will be an integral part of the Data Driven Sales team, contributing up to 20 hours per week.

Working students can start working from July 2025.
