We are looking for a CMDB Support Assistant to help maintain and improve our client's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Working closely with the CMDB Manager, you will ensure data accuracy, support ITOM Discovery, and develop dashboards for IT, business, and audit stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support CMDB operations, data quality, and improvement initiatives
- Maintain and fine-tune ITOM Discovery settings
- Identify and fix data gaps or inconsistencies
- Build dashboards for operations, business, and compliance use
- Collaborate with teams to align CMDB with other ITSM processes
- Assist in audits and create documentation or training materials
Your Profile : Must-Have :
Experience in ITSM environmentsKnowledge of CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure basicsFamiliarity with data quality best practicesSkills in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Performance Analytics)Strong analytical and communication skillsNice-to-Have :
ITIL Foundation certificationExperience with audits or CI service mappingBasic scripting or automation skills
