Tasks
- Advising on M&A deals particularly private equity and exit transactions
- Supporting venture capital investments : equity financings convertibles and secondaries
- Corporate transformations and reorganisations
- Capital markets work stock corporation law and IPO readiness
- Structuring employee participation schemes
