QAQC Manager

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offers all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

Sicim is currently looking for Project Quality Manager . The person should carry on the following activities :

• Manages QA / QC department
• Interface with Client representative for QA / QC Matter
• Coordinates QA / QC Engineers, officers, Coordinators, Inspectors at field.
• Cooperate with Procurement Department reviewing procured material ITP
• Cooperate in the follow up of the Material Inspection Activity with project Expeditors
• Ensures compliance with Client requirements both of the activities and of the QA / QC Mng system.
• Coordinates training on QA / QC issues and perform (or assign resource to perform) basic training as well.
• Produces / Develop documentation with regards of QA / QC in the SOW activities such as :
• Project Quality Plan / Objectives (with support / approval of Corporate Q mng)
• QA / QC procedures, Method Statement (QA / QC Part) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Develop Audit Plan – Survey the correct development of Welding activities by exercising control on the Project Welding Coordinator / Engineer Implement Corporate guidelines related Reporting and feed-back, Auditing and inspections
• Check the correct collection of record to achieve mechanical Collection and form QAQC part of the Project Final Dossier
