Help shape the future of quantum computing - design the electronics that power tomorrow's most advanced technologies
Quantum Electronics Engineer (Munich, Germany - 5 days on site)
We are seeking a Quantum Electronics Engineer to help build the next generation of advanced computing systems based on emerging quantum technologies. You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams - spanning quantum physics, software, and mechanical engineering - to design, develop, and integrate electronic modules that sit at the core of a complex, high performance technology stack.
What You’ll Do
- Electronics Modules : Contribute to the design and delivery of critical electronic subsystems that contribute to the platform’s overall functionality and performance.
- System Integration : Ensure seamless integration of your modules into the broader system architecture, with a focus on optimization and reliability.
- Project Rotation : After successful deployment, take on new challenges across different components of the system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work hands-on with experts from adjacent domains to refine, implement, and iterate on system-level solutions.
- Technical Depth : Stay up to date with the platform's evolving physics requirements and adapt your designs to match.
What You’ll Bring
Degree (BSc or higher) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.2+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering hardware in a complex system environment.Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following domains :Analog electronics and low-noise designRF electronicsAbility to independently specify technical systems and communicate with cross functional teams.Technical Focus Areas (Examples)
