HR & Accounting Specialist
Job Description
Your Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and oversee various office operations and processes
- Assist management with correspondence and administrative tasks
- Handle personnel administration, recruitment, reporting, and certification
- Manage and process subsidy-related documentation
- Support financial accounting, including account allocation, posting (accounts payable, receivable, bank, and cash transactions), and invoicing
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Coordinate appointments and provide general administrative support
Your Profile :
Completed commercial training or extensive experience in office managementPractical experience in accountingAbility to work independently and in a structured mannerStrong sense of responsibilityFluent in German with solid English skillsWhat We Offer :
