HR & Accounting Specialist

Job Description

Your Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee various office operations and processes
  • Assist management with correspondence and administrative tasks
  • Handle personnel administration, recruitment, reporting, and certification
  • Manage and process subsidy-related documentation
  • Support financial accounting, including account allocation, posting (accounts payable, receivable, bank, and cash transactions), and invoicing
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Coordinate appointments and provide general administrative support

Your Profile :

  • Completed commercial training or extensive experience in office management
  • Practical experience in accounting
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in German with solid English skills
