Tasks
Purpose of the role : The role will assist and contribute to Brand Marketing team providing support to New Product Development, Go to market definition, planning, and execution.
Collaborate with cross-category portfolio teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans and marketing activation activities for 2025 product launchesSupport the Brand Marketing & Promotion teams in driving the implementation of commercial innovation initiativesAssist the Pricing team with maintaining the pricing database, refining product categorization and pricing structure, and conducting financial analysesWhat you'll do :
Support Brand Manager in tracking NPD timelines and GTM deliverablesSupport Brand Manager in monitoring competitor’s portfolio initiativesSupport Brand team in Marketing presentation preparation and dedicated reporting if needed.Participate in and contribute to brand operational team meetings with other functions, when neededWork across multiple projects across portfolio brandsSupport in maintenance of Pricing DatabaseSupport in revision of product categorizationConduct price and financial analysisSupport Promotion team in Promotion calendar implementationRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand strategy development, Innovation and NPD development, GTM plan & execution, Project ManagementFluency in EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office and project management toolsEnthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow and hands on attitudeHigh ownership of the tasks you are givenAttention to detailsProblem solvingPriority settingProject management skillsInterfunctional team working skillsInnovation and product development process knowledge as advantageAssisting in presentation preparation for senior managementInter-personal interactions, observing influencing and negotiation skillsBenefits
