About your tasks :

• App Development & Architecture : Lead the design and development of highperformance scalable Android applications ensuring best practices in clean maintainable code.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including UI / UX designers product managers and backend developers to deliver seamless usercentric experiences.
• Mentorship & Leadership : Guide and mentor other developers providing technical leadership conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring adherence to highquality coding standards.
• Documentation : Maintain highquality documentation for new features architecture decisions and ongoing projects.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation : Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in Android development driving innovation and improvements in the app.

Our offices are open but you are free to work from home from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again or if you work from home all the time.
