Job Title : Tax Assistant

Location : Munich, Germany (Hybrid Working)

A European market leader in the construction of utility-scale photovoltaic plants is currently seeking to expand its Tax team in Munich with the addition of a Tax Assistant . With more than 630 solar power plants completed and over 10 GWp in installed capacity, the company has played a key role in advancing a sustainable, green energy mix across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It operates as an integrated solution provider, delivering services from geology, procurement and engineering to construction, operations, maintenance and repowering, with a growing emphasis on battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the international tax team with daily tax operations for German entities and their international subsidiaries
• Reviewing and aligning financial accounting in compliance with German tax regulations
• Preparing corporate, trade and VAT tax returns
• Tracking deadlines and maintaining tax documentation
• Coordinating tax-related payments
• Assisting during tax audits
• Liaising with internal departments and external consultants
