Senior Backend Engineer (Kotlin) – Remote (Germany-based)

Your Impact :

  • Drive backend development using Kotlin to power critical system capabilities.

  • Help resolve technical disagreements and keep the team aligned on outcomes.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional tech initiatives and deliver tangible results.

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience (Kotlin preferred).
  • Data-rich environments experience i.e data pipelines.
  • Proven track record of guiding technical direction and team alignment.
  • Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to mentor others and influence engineering best practices.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Background in startups or scale-ups.
  • Experience with modern system design and cloud-native development.
