Ihr Aufgabenportfolio :

  • Sie bearbeiten und koordinieren Kundenanfragen zu operativen Fragestellungen
  • Sie verwalten die interne und externe Kommunikation (insb. mit Fachabteilungen, Fondsdienstleistern, Behörden, Initiatoren)
  • Sie bearbeiten zudem Sonderthemen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Unterstützung von Fondsmanagern und Verwaltungsräten
  • Sie koordinieren die Nettoinventarwertermittlung mit der Fondsbuchhaltung und / oder dem Kunden
  • Sie kümmern sich um das Oversight der Nettoinventarwertberechnung
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung der relevanten Kontrollen gem. RS CSSF 22 / 811 für UCITS und AIFs zu jeder NAV-Berechnung in der Funktion als UCI-Administrator
  • Sie unterstützen im Rahmen von Fondsevents und Onboarding neuer Fondsstrukturen

Sie als Mensch und Profi :

  • Sie haben eine Bankausbildung sowie bankfachliche Weiterbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium (insbes. BWL oder VWL)
  • Sie haben eine einschlägige Erfahrung im Investmentfondsgeschäft und ggfs. als (Fonds-) Buchhalter / in oder im Rahmen von NAV-Kontrollen (Verwahrstelle und / oder UCIA)
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse des Luxemburger Rechtsrahmens für die Fondsindustrie
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Analyse-, Urteils- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit Initiative und Kreativität
  • Sie leben gerne Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit aus
  • Sie haben eine treffsichere schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationskompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ihre Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen sind von Vorteil (bspw. Xentis)
  • Sie haben sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel
