We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Solutions Architect to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 F&O and possess strong bilingual communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders across Germany and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft D365 F&O solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and refine solution designs that align with business goals and processes.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams during implementation, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps in the solution design and proactively address them.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft D365 F&O updates, features, and trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for end-users and internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 3 years specializing in D365 F&O.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.

    • Technical Expertise :

  • In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Operations.
  • Familiarity with Azure platform and integrations.
  • Understanding of Power Platform and its integration with D365.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

    • Certifications :

  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
