Location : Germany (with up to 60% travel)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Lead SAP PS / PPM Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and testing of SAP Project System (PS) and Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) solutions within a large-scale S / 4HANA transformation. This role requires deep SAP PS expertise, solid knowledge of SAP PPM integration, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will play a key role throughout the Explore and Build phases, working closely with business units and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design of S / 4HANA requirements during the Explore phase for SAP PS and PPM
Organize and facilitate Fit2Standard / Fit2Gap workshops with business stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical S / 4HANA specifications
Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation and architecture artifacts
Implement and configure SAP PS and PPM solutions in the Build phase
Create and execute test cases for solution validation and user acceptance
Ensure solution alignment with project goals, quality standards, and timelines
Actively contribute to continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing

Must-Have Qualifications :

Extensive customizing experience in SAP PS with a solid understanding of project-related processes

Proven track record in SAP implementation projects , particularly within Asset Management environments

Strong business process analysis and solution design skills

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration , or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English

Self-driven with a solution-oriented, proactive approach and team spirit

Additional Requirements :

In-depth knowledge of SAP PPM and its integration with other SAP modules

Familiarity with S / 4HANA Focused Build and legacy SAP R / 3 systems

Ability to confidently present complex topics to business and technical stakeholders

Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)

Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft 365 tools

Willingness to travel up to 60% across Germany for project needs
