Deine Aufgaben

You will be a member of our dynamic online pharmacy team in Holland (Haelen site).
You will be mainly responsible for the packing of our recorded customer orders and the control of the over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by E-Mail and support the ongoing improvement of the Customer Service Management.
You will support the ongoing improvement of the quality management system.
You take care of data entry and documentation in our internal management system.
You will work closely with our service providers to fulfil the operational processes and tasks in merchandise management.

Dein Profil

You have completed training as a Drugstore Assistant (f / m / d) or have a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you have already gained some experience in customer service and are passionate about finding the perfect solution for each customer.

You are an absolute team player and ready to break new ground in a dynamic environment.

You are confident in using MS Office and have ideally already worked with CRM systems or customer infor-mation tools.

You are passionate about dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner as well as working pre-cisely and accurately.

You are fluent in English; German would be a plus.
