Transmission Expert Engineer - Compact Loaders

As we continue to expand our compact loader product line, we are seeking a highly experienced Transmission Expert Engineer to play a key role in driving the design and development of advanced transmission systems for our Compact Loaders product line.

As a Transmission Expert Engineer, you will lead the design and development of transmission systems tailored to compact loaders, ensuring performance, durability, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and contribute your deep technical expertise to shape the future of our drivetrain technologies, including traditional and electric drive systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and validation of transmission systems for compact loader applications.
• Provide expert input on component-level design, including gears, bearings, and shafts, ensuring alignment with performance and reliability targets.
• Support the integration of transmission systems into complete vehicle platforms.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal manufacturing teams to optimize component design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate and apply new technologies in electric drive and hybrid systems where applicable.
• Conduct design reviews, failure analysis, and root cause investigations for transmission issues.
• Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal standards and best practices.
• Travel regularly to China for collaboration with R&D and production teams.
