THE POSITION

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Managers in both our key regions and play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies. This is a starter-level function ideal for someone looking to grow in a dynamic environment. Preferably located in Offenbach.

Requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Starter level function

Supportive to Marketing Manager

Support in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content including copywriting

Assist in actions in line with hotel and portfolio specific marketing plans

Support content planning

Support social media activities and Social Media Champions

Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers alongside the Commercial team

Collect data from systems for the setup of marketing campaign and newsletters

Support the development of customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field

At least 1 year of related experience in marketing

Deep knowledge in social media management

Lifestyle attitude and creative mind, always up to date

Must speak both English and German

Good writing skills required

Professional knowledge in Canva and good to have in Adobe Creative Cloud
