Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market growth of the company's respiratory medical devices across the North Rhine-Westphalia region. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical and product expertise, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, and procurement teams
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical support visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and technical support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in respiratory or critical careStrong clinical understanding of respiratory therapy and patient care pathwaysExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFluency in German and English is requiredFrench language skills are considered a plusHighly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independentlyWillingness to travel extensively within the territoryWhat the Company Offers
