With a proven product and a fast-growing customer base in both Germany & Belgium we are now looking for a HR specialist to help support the growth of our incredible team.
About the role
As a HR back-office specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes at Accountable. From onboarding and payroll support to recruitment logistics youll provide the essential structure that allows our team to grow and thrive.

We are constantly looking at ways to do things better and will likely thanks to your help improve this infrastructure.
Also please note that we would possibly be interested to grow the role and upgrade it to a full-time position to embed more corporate affairs responsibilities (possibly moving into accounting payments etc.). The timeframe for such change could be 6-9 months from start date.
Requirements
Who you are
You love optimizing processes spotting inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic solutions.
You take ownership work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams.
Youre comfortable using HR software spreadsheets and digital tools (e.g. Notion Deel BambooHR Personio etc.)
Experience in working with external payroll providers or handling payroll data in Germany and / or Belgium is a strong plus.
