We’re looking for an experienced
Logistics Manager (m,f,d)
to lead and optimize logistics operations for Stock Spirits Germany and international markets. This role ensures top-tier logistics service, cost-efficiency, and full compliance with local and EU regulations.
Your Responsibilities :
- Manage physical logistics operations (inbound / outbound warehousing, transport, distribution, stock management, excise tax & customs).
- Ensure service excellence and cost control across the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through system controls and physical stock takes.
- Lead logistics strategy implementation and continuous cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee logistics budget, cost planning, and reporting.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values.
- Drive strong relationships and performance with third-party logistics providers.
- Run logistics tenders and support capacity planning and network design.
- Ensure full compliance with excise duties, customs, audits, and risk management standards.
- Promote safety, sustainability, and asset protection within logistics operations.

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field3–5 years' experience in logistics or customer serviceStrong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics cost driversSkilled in SAP, WMS, TMS, EMCS, and MS OfficeFluent in English and German; strong communication, presentation, and analytical skillsExperience managing 3PLs and contract negotiationsKnowledge of local logistics regulations and excise dutiesIndependent, adaptable, team-oriented, and stress-resilientWe Offer :
