Position : Freelance Full Flight Simulation Integration & Test Engineer

Start Date : 15 July 2025

Duration : 3 months (extension possible)

Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Senior Full Flight Simulation Integration & Test Engineer to support the integration, validation, and troubleshooting of simulation models within a high-fidelity Simulation Software Package (SSP) for advanced flight simulators.

Your Tasks :

Integrate complex simulation models into the SSP environment.

Execute and document comprehensive system and model validation tests.

Analyze, debug, and resolve simulation errors related to helicopter systems.

Collaborate closely with :

Flight model teams
Motion platform engineers
Visual system developers
Avionics hardware specialists
Coordinate with hardware and systems teams to ensure seamless simulator operation.
Ensure all activities comply with EASA and other aviation regulations.

Your Profile

Technical Skills :

Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).

Solid understanding of helicopter systems and avionics integration.

Proficiency in :

Linux-based environments

C++ (reading and analyzing system behavior, not development)

Hands-on experience with real-time system integration and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills :

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.

Experience managing and interfacing with external hardware suppliers.

Detail-oriented, with an understanding of complex, interdisciplinary systems.

Passionate about aviation, simulation, and training technologies.
