Executive Assistant (m / w / d)

Location : Frankfurt │ Investment Banking

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Serve as the central communication hub for your team
  • Prepare professional business correspondence and documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Organize meetings and conferences
  • Act as the main point of contact between your team of bankers and the wider firm
  • Collaborate daily with other members of the Operating Support Staff and internal teams
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and step in to support colleagues as needed

What we’re looking for :

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong calendar and contact management skills; inbox management may be added over time
  • Ability to manage multiple executives’ inboxes, prioritize emails, and respond on their behalf when appropriate
  • Solid Excel skills, including use of basic formulas and data organization for dashboards
  • Expertise in editing and formatting PowerPoint presentations using templates
  • Eligibility to work in Germany without visa sponsorship
  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
