We’re exclusively partnering with a leading global powerhouse, one of the most innovative names in the technology space, looking to find a talented Labour and Employee Relations EMEA.
About the Role :
You’ll play a central role in ensuring HR operations remain legally compliant while fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Acting as the link between company leadership and employee representative bodies, you’ll manage Works Council relations in Berlin and provide strategic support across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Works Council Strategy : Develop and deliver impactful Works Council strategies in collaboration with global HR, legal, and business stakeholders. Stay ahead of trends and best practices in labour relations and employee representation.
- Partnership Building : Act as the main contact for Works Council engagement, lead key negotiations, and manage day-to-day communications with the Works Council in Berlin and at a regional level.
- Advisory and Compliance Support : Provide expert guidance to business leaders and HR business partners on co-determination, labour law, and employment practices. Shape HR compliance initiatives and training.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Support regional HR projects and global initiatives while ensuring alignment with local employment regulations and practices.
About you :
Minimum 5 years+ experience in human resources, with exposure to employee relations and compliance.Strong communication, negotiation, and management skills.Experience working with employee representative bodies, particularly Works Councils, and a solid understanding of industrial relations and labour law in the EMEA region.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment.Desirable background in employment legal or industrial relations.If you’re interested in this role and feel your background is a good fit, get in touch, I’d love to connect.
