We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join a set up in Germany. As a business we are a Energy Trading company focused on developing technologies to optimize trading strategy and improve the fast paced trading environment.

Although the role is Remote, you must be living in Germany.

Responsibilities

Develop quality software and web applications
Analyze and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

Development experience with Python

SQL database or relational database skills

10+ Years in Professional Development

Proficiency in Python, AWS, S3, Lambda, Flask, Mongo

You are familiar with terms, calculation models and typical key figures from risk management (e.g. VaR, Black Scholes, Monte Carlo, etc.)

Worked within a Trading environment is ideal
