Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a :
Airports Services & Customer Experience Specialist | Düsseldorf Airport
WHAT WILL YOU DO : ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports Coordinator and you will take care of the following activities :
when irregular operations occur at the airport and passengers and crews need our support and services.
using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.
Other activities : internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.
WORKING HOURS
The job is organized in three shifts per day, all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines / ground handlers that may require our help at any time.

The knowledge of French and Asian languages are also a nice to have, as is former work experience in Aviation / Transport / Tourism Industry.
