StellenbeschreibungCollaborate with laboratories to support the development and validation of new products. Analyse product formulas and coordinate testing phases. Present new product concepts to internal teams, including sales and marketing. Contribute to the creation of scientific documents to support other departments. Technical and Scientific Support Develop technical materials such as presentations and argumentation documents. Respond to customer and distributor queries with technical and scientific expertise. Validate technical and scientific data used in communication materials. Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of interns. Provide daily support on assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and learning outcomes. Market Analysis and Innovation Summarise publications, market trends, and industry innovations to guide development initiatives. Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance current products or develop new ones. 5 years' experience, preferably in medical devices in the aesthetic medicine sector. A master’s degree in engineering or product development. Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and regulatory processes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in French is a plus. Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com is an advantage. About you I The Role
We are looking for a Product Innovation Engineer to join our Product Development and Innovation Department in Luxembourg under a permanent contract (CDI).
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will play a key role in developing innovative products, supporting technical and scientific activities, and contributing to the success of MDSS’s cutting-edge portfolio.
