Our site in Regensburg is a competence center for high potent solids e.g. cancer medicines.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of the Regensburg site through the development and execution of a comprehensive medium- to long-term plan. Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes eliminating inefficiencies and driving sustainable improvements across all operational areas.

  • Lead cost reduction and profitability initiatives
  • Optimize product portfolio and rationalize production capacity
  • Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and operational performance
  • Strengthen quality and safety standards
  • Enhance customer service levels
  • Drive the sites master plan for continuous improvement
  • Define KPIs and implement monitoring systems to track progress and impact on P&L
  • Promote lean thinking and support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with site leadership on cost-saving initiatives and organizational transformation

Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent in Operations Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain

    • Management

  • Proven track record in leading transformative operational initiatives within a manufacturing or

    • industrial environment

  • In-depth expertise in lean methodologies including Voice of the Customer process efficiency

    • performance management organizational development and behavioral change

  • Strong knowledge of transformation frameworks including preparation diagnostics future state

    • design tactical implementation planning execution and continuous improvement

  • Experienced in designing and establishing continuous improvement (CI) structures and leveraging

    • business intelligence tools

  • Excellent project management team leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
