Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in Berlin. This role involves hands-on work across core warehouse tasks including goods receiving shelf replenishment order picking and ensuring the store remains clean organized and compliant with food safety regulations. The position follows a fixed weekday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods (quantity and quality)

Organize and replenish storage shelves using FIFO (First In First Out)

Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld device

Handover orders to delivery riders accurately and on time

Ensure the warehouse remains clean well-maintained and free of clutter

Dispose of waste and packaging materials properly

Carry out routine quality and compliance checks in line with hygiene and safety standards

Report stock issues system errors or damaged goods when needed

Qualifications :

• Reliable punctual and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting sorting and being on your feet

Understanding of basic warehouse procedures (e.g. stock rotation cleanliness shelf organization)

Willingness to take responsibility for the overall order and hygiene of the warehouse

Comfortable using handheld scanners or devices (training provided)

Full proficiency in English and basic / intermediate German knowledge is required
