Skeelz is supporting one of its partner clients, a key European player in the B2B SaaS industry.

As part of a group-wide structuring project, the company is looking for a General Manager to lead one of its German entities (role based in Chemnitz, with a hybrid remote policy).

This is a unique opportunity to lead a mid-sized B2B tech company through a period of transformation. You’ll have full P&L ownership, lead a cross-functional team, and play a key role in the future shape of the business, while benefiting from the support and strategic vision of a strong European group.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, a human leadership style, and thrives in complex, evolving environments.

Scope

1) Stabilize the business (maintain current revenue & EBITDA)

• Quickly build an understanding of the client portfolio and key accounts
• Lead operational teams to deliver a high standard of service and client satisfaction
• Design and implement retention strategies for core clients (particularly high-revenue accounts)
• Over time, assess opportunities for client upsell and additional client acquisition once the business is stabilized
