Youll be responsible for crafting weekly rotating lunch menus optimizing recipes for flavor consistency and cost-efficiency and elevating our culinary content with thoughtful presentation and innovation.

Your mission

Design weekly rotating menus aligned with our culinary identity

Improve visual and taste appeal of dishes and recipes

Monitor and optimize food cost yield and prep time

Research food trends and seasonal ingredients to keep menus fresh

Maintain a structured and scalable recipe database

Collaborate with marketing and production for content and photoshoots

Your profile

Culinary background or experience in recipe development

Strong sense of flavor profiles nutritional balance and food styling

Cost-awareness and operational understanding of catering or production kitchens

Detail-oriented with excellent time and project management

Passion for food innovation and team collaboration

Fluent in English / German
